Alika Sere Limited is a Kenyan Company with robust international network. They are specialized in Agricultural value chains, post-harvest management, Market Linkages, Trading and Markets Systems in Kenya and across East and Southern Africa. Alika provides market linkages and Trade opportunities in a wide range of Agricultural value chains including Maize, Beans, Rice, Green grams, Sorghum, Millet, Irish Potatoes and Coffee, Sesame seeds and Pulses. The company specializes in commodity postharvest management, market linkages and contract management off-taker beside strong supply chain relationships with processors coupled with an efficient network of market information and intelligence service providers including Regional Agriculture Trade Intelligence Network (RATIN). Alika’s key management are international commodity trade experts, and we represent several buyers in the region including Spice World Kenya Ltd, Eximpro, UNGA Ltd, Topical Ventures Ltd, KPD Plc, Raphael Group Limited, and Union Service Stores.

Mr. Isaac Tallam is currently the Executive Director and proprietor Alika Limited, he has over 25 years practical experience in international trade, Program management and market systems in agribusiness and agriculture market systems, actively involved in commodity trade practice, development and coordination of value chains and structured commodity trade finance in Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Europe. He is knowledgeable in program management, strategy design and implementation focusing on smallholder commercialization across multiple value chains, SME development, agribusiness sector profiling and support, trade and market linkage facilitation, policy influencing and advocacy, working closely with national and regional institutions. He will support the team by sharing insights around key industry issues and proactively engaging the team and stakeholders around those issues. He brings on-board a clear understanding of the industry processes, terminology and issues that shape the regional and international commodity trade.
Yiantai Mpaayei, is a high performing, dynamic, and results-driven professional with over 10 years of invaluable experience in the Hospitality and Service Industry. She is adept at assessing business needs, generating options, and implementing solutions. Yiantai is skilled in coordinating multiple activities and managing teams; and she is able to identify, recruit, nurture, develop, and retain high performing teams. Over the years, Yiantai has acquired skills and good knowledge in leadership and management and has specific skills and knowledge in Human Resources Management in the Hospitality and Service industry. She is currently the Managing Director of Alika Limited, where she actively provides day to day leadership and oversight on operations, coordination, and management of Human Resources to maximize output and profitability. Previously, Yiantai was the General Manger at Lenana Mount Hotel, the Business Development Manager at Language Solutions Limited and has acted in the capacity of Personal Financial Planner at Winton Investment Services Limited. Yiantai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management, (Marketing) from the United States International University (USIU), Africa.
